Natural & Simple Skin Care Routines For Dry Skin

How to prevent Dry Skin?

Dry skin is a common condition and while it may not have that big of an impact in our 20's, the consequences on our skin in our 40's can be litterally deeper that expected. Dehydrated skins are prone to age faster than the others. The wrinkles are just one of the consequences, dry skin can lead to flakes, cracking and even bleeding in some extreme cases.

And it is not about to get better as we age unfortunately....Indeed, our skin tends to lose a part of the precious molecule responsible for retaining water, such as hyaluronic acid, making our skin even dryer as we get older.

But do not worry, you can do someting about it !!!

With the right skin care routine and the right products, you can bring what dry skins crave for: protection and moisturization.

Protection because one the first cause of dry skin is a poor skin bareer that let the water evaporate from inside out and moisturization because you need to nourish your skin with what it can't produce itself.

We suggest here several simple and very efficient skin care routines to guarantee a soft and glowing skin.

Things to avoid with a dry skin

1. Hot Shower for too long: Taking long, hot showers or baths can dry your skin. So can frequent swimming, particularly in heavily chlorinated pools

2. Harsh soaps and detergents:Many popular soaps, detergents and shampoos strip moisture from your skin as they are formulated to remove oil.

3. Weather: Skin tends to be driest in winter, when temperatures and humidity levels plummet. But the season may not matter as much if you live in desert regions.
